Machine composition:
The whole machine is composed of prepreg unwinding, splicing, initial slitting, narrow band slitting, unslitting winding, release paper winding, traction, slitting, edge material collection, PE film narrow band unwinding, finished product winding and winding, online width detection and electrical control system.
Performance characteristics:
Slitting width ≥3.175mm arbitrary specifications, such as: 3.175, 6.35, 12.7, 25.4mm, slitting accuracy ±0.125mm;
Double servo control winding and wire, wire width and winding form of man-machine interface can be set arbitrarily, tension control adopts floating rod constant tension automatic control, high constant tension accuracy;
PLC+ human-machine interface operation, high degree of digitization, parallel/jump/positive cone (positive trapezoid) winding mode can be freely selected;
Modular design of the whole machine, PE film narrow band unwinding and finished product winding can be arbitrarily expanded according to actual needs, can be started simultaneously or separately according to actual needs, to meet different application scenarios;
It is suitable for cutting thermoset prepreg and thermoplastic prepreg into narrow bands and then covering and winding. It is widely used in aerospace automatic wire laying.
