Machine composition:
The whole machine is composed of yarn frame, yarn spreading, upper and lower film unwinding, upper and lower PE film unwinding, fabric unwinding, including dipping and pressing, hot plate, cold plate, release paper unwinding, PE film unwinding, film laminating, traction, cutting the edge material, cutting, winding, online gram weight detection, online defect detection, electrical control and other units.
Performance characteristics:
The accuracy is ±2μm at the working temperature of the immersed roll, the gap servo adjustment of the immersed roll, the measurement accuracy is 0.5μm, the control accuracy is 1μm; Temperature accuracy of immersion roll ±10°C;
The unique yarn spreading design can meet the production of Large strands of fiber and low gram weight prepreg;
The whole line adopts servo control, and the large screen of the center console can automatically control the parameters such as the gap, tension, speed, temperature and meter number. Each unit can also operate independently on site, which is convenient to operate.
On-line gram weight detector, defect detector, automatic marking machine and other devices can be selected to strengthen product quality monitoring;
Coating roll and dipping roll heating optional thermal oil or electric heating, Pressure optional cylinder, hydraulic system or servo system;
