Machine composition:
The whole machine is composed of yarn stand, yarn spreading, slurry impregnation, dehydration, high temperature melting, fixed thickness forming, cooling, traction, cutting, cutting, winding, on-line gram weight detection, on-line defect detection, electrical control and other units.

5. The whole line adopts servo control, and the center console large screen can automatically control the parameters including the dip roller gap, tension, speed, temperature, meter number, etc. Each unit can also operate independently on site, which is convenient to operate;
6. On-line gram weight detector, defect detector, automatic marking machine and other devices can be selected to strengthen product quality control;
7. Suitable for the production of PEEK, PAEK, PPS, PI and other prepregs, widely used in aviation, aerospace, military and other fields.
