Prepreg slitting machine - Pre-slitting (broadband)

Machine composition:
The whole machine is composed of prepreg unwinding, PE film unwinding, cutting, traction, side material collection, finished product unwinding and electrical control system.
Performance characteristics:

Slitting width ≥50mm, slitting accuracy ±0.125mm;

Double slip shaft center winding can ensure the same material tension of each plate, optional servo or frequency conversion system, winding are automatic constant tension control, high precision;

The unique design of following winding and moving materials effectively solves the problem of cutting and stratification of prepreg materials;

Man-machine interface +PLC centralized control, tension, speed, meter and other parameters centralized monitoring, easy to operate, intuitive;

It is suitable for rewinding and slitting of thermosetting prepreg and thermoplastic prepreg. Thermosetting prepreg can freely choose direct slitting or slitting after peeling  , and is applied to aerospace automatic belt laying.
