Machine composition:
The whole machine is composed of fabric unwinding, splicing, cloth storage rack, front traction, dipping tank, extruding measurement, drying, cooling, release paper unwinding, PE film unwinding, film traction, cutting, cutting, winding, automatic cross cutting, online weight detection, online defect detection, combustible gas concentration alarm and electrical control system.
Performance characteristics:
The precision of the extrusion measuring roll is ±2μm under the working temperature, the gap servo adjustment, the measurement accuracy is 0.5μm, the control accuracy is 1μm;
Immersion tank can choose normal temperature, water bath heating or cooling according to the resin condition
The line is using high efficiency oven, multi-stage automatic temperature control. Multiple heating methods such as natural gas, steam, oil, electric heating and other heating methods are available;
All parameters are easy set and center controlled on the large touch screen, such as coating thickness, tension, speed, temperature and length, etc., and the winding material can be load and unload without stop;
it can provide a variety of coating methods such as direct scraping, soft scraping and transfer coating to meet different products;Optional parts include: Material receiving platform, storage box, online thickness gauge, etc.;
Suitable for a wide range of products, can be used for production of carbon fibers, UHMPE fibers, glass fibers, basalt fibers, etc.
