Prepreg gluing machine - thermosetting dry method
Machine composition:
The whole machine is composed of release paper unwinding, splicing apparatus, coating unit, on-line gram weight detection, cooling, PE film unwinding, film traction, winding and electrical control system.
Performance characteristics:

High precision:

1)The accuracy is ±2μm at the working temperature of the coating roller, the gap of the coating roller is adjusted by servo, the measurement accuracy is 0.5μm, the control accuracy is 1μm;

2) The temperature accuracy of the roller is ±10C;
3) Gluing range: 8~600g/m², accuracy: 8~40g/m²±1g/m²; 41~120g/m²±2g/m²; ≥121g/m²±2%.
 Intelligent system:
The whole line adopts servo control, the center console large screen centralized automatic control of the roller gap, tension, speed, temperature, meter and other parameters, each unit can also operate independently on site, easy to operate;
Rich configuration:
On-line gram weight detector, defect detector, automatic marking machine and other devices can be selected to strengthen product quality monitoring;
Heating of coating roller can be heated by heat conduction oil or electromagnetic heating.

Wide range of applications:
