Machine composition:
The whole machine is composed of fabric unwinding, splicing, cloth storage rack, front traction, dipping tank, extruding measurement, drying, cooling, release paper unwinding, PE film unwinding, film traction, cutting, cutting, winding, automatic cross cutting, online weight detection, online defect detection, combustible gas concentration alarm and electrical control system.
Performance characteristics:
The precision of the extrusion measuring roll is ±2μm under the working temperature, the gap servo adjustment, the measurement accuracy is 0.5μm, the control accuracy is 1μm;
Immersion tank can choose normal temperature, water bath heating or cooling according to the resin condition
