Machine composition:
The whole machine is composed of unwinding, slitting, traction, winding, side material collection and electrical control system.
Performance characteristics:

1. Slitting width ≥3.175mm arbitrary specifications, such as: 3.175, 6.35, 12.7, 25.4mm, slitting accuracy ±0.125mm;
2. 2.PLC+ man-machine interface operation, winding and unwinding are automatic constant tension control, equipped with servo edge steering system;
3. Double slip axis center surface coiling can ensure that the tension of each plate is consistent, with special film type reel ;
4. Can provide mechanical round knife, pneumatic shear knife, pneumatic pressure cutting knife, flat knife, hot knife and other cutting methods to meet different products;
