Machine composition:
The whole machine is composed of yarn blooming roll, yarn spreading, dipping tank, extruding glue, wire arrangement, laying roller and electric control system.
Performance characteristics:

1.Dual servo system controls the speed of the main roll and the wiring device, and the spacing of the main roll can be set with one key through the man-machine interface;

2.Adjustable extrusion roller device, can adapt to different fiber varieties;

3.Constant temperature impregnating resin tank, adapt to different resin impregnation;

4.Fiber unwinding adopts magnetic powder brake constant tension automatic control to ensure constant fiber tension;

5.The main roller design straight line, spiral cutter groove to facilitate different ways of cutting materials.
